9th Pastoral Anniversary

Jeremiah 3:15 says “And I will give you shepherds after my own heart, who will feed you with knowledge and understanding.”

Dear Care Partners and Friends,

Grace be unto you in the Name of our Blessed Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ!  We are thrilled to announce that we will be celebrating an extraordinary milestone – the 9th Anniversary of our dear Pastor, Dr. Wallace O. McLaughlin. For nine years, Pastor Wallace has been a visionary and servant leader for Covenant Community Church. As a church, we have grown in the grace and knowledge of God, enhanced our physical property, expanded our community witness, increased our membership, enriched our ministries, and increased our financial stability. To help Pastor Wallace live-out his ordained calling at Covenant is his lovely wife Karla, our First Lady. She has provided Care Partners, especially our women with her love, care, and teaching. Both, our Pastor and First Lady have been a beacon of faith, hope, and love within our community, and it is with great gratitude that we mark this special occasion.

This time of celebration will not be the same without you! On behalf of the Elder Board, I would like to invite you to express your own appreciation for the ministry that Pastor Wallace and Karla have provided by giving to this year’s Pastor’s Anniversary Love Offering on Sundays (April 19 and 26).
